Cuttlefish sausage, derived from sashimi grade Penghu cuttlefish, is succulent and exudes a unique burnt aroma and excellent chewy texture. Raw crab roe in crab shell, seasoned with Japanese miso, topped with butter and crab stick, elevating its creaminess and lusciousness.
